This notice explains how Tampa Bay Washline handles information connected with inquiries, quotes and mobile RV washing, house services (House Washing, House Roof Cleaning and Gutter Cleaning), commercial fleet washing, and commercial storefront and exterior cleaning. Information we collect

When you contact us or request service, we collect information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, requested work and scheduling preferences. Depending on the job, records may include property or vehicle details, fleet unit lists, site access and utility information, approvals, messages, quotes, invoices and payment transaction records.

We may take service photographs and keep inspection notes to record conditions, agreed work, completion, quality concerns or incidents. Please avoid sending information unrelated to your service request, including Social Security numbers, passwords or full payment-card details.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare and revise quotes, arrange service, confirm access and authorization, perform and document work, send invoices, handle payments or refunds, address concerns, and maintain necessary business, tax, insurance and legal records.

Service messages

Our messages concern inquiries, quotes, appointments, service updates, invoices and payment matters. Message frequency varies with your requests and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop texts by replying STOP or contacting info@tampabaywashline.com; contact that email or (656) 213-3130 for help or to arrange another contact method.

We do not send promotional emails, marketing texts or special offers. We do not provide mobile numbers or text-message consent to other businesses for their marketing; service providers may handle messaging data to deliver communications on our behalf.

Service providers and sharing

We use Squarespace to host our website, Jobber for customer requests, quotes, scheduling, invoices, the client portal and service records, and Google Workspace for business email and documents. Information is handled by these providers as needed to support those services. We limit access and sharing to what is reasonably needed for the relevant task.

Our Request a Quote and Check Availability buttons direct you to our Jobber request form. Client Portal opens the Jobber client login page. Information you submit through those services is processed through Jobber for Tampa Bay Washline. Jobber also has its own privacy notice.

We may share relevant information with authorized customer or property contacts, service personnel, payment providers, insurers or professional advisers when needed to provide service, address a claim or meet an applicable requirement. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Payments

Use the payment method shown on your verified quote or invoice. When you pay through Jobber, Jobber and its payment providers process the payment information; we retain relevant transaction records for the job. Do not send full card numbers, security codes or account passwords through ordinary forms, email or text messages. Our policy prohibits storing full card credentials in those records.

Service photos and publicity

Service documentation and marketing use are separate. We obtain separate written authorization before using identifying customer photographs, names, logos or testimonials for public marketing. Booking a wash does not itself grant marketing permission.

Retention and protection

Our internal retention schedule generally keeps customer and service records for five years after service and financial and tax records for seven years. We retain relevant records longer when needed for an unresolved dispute, claim, legal hold or other applicable requirement, and dispose of unnecessary copies when retention is no longer required.

We restrict access to business records based on need. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your questions and requests

Email info@tampabaywashline.com to ask about your information, request a correction, request access or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Some records must remain available for service, financial, insurance or legal purposes; we will explain any applicable limits. Providing information is voluntary, but missing information may prevent us from quoting or providing the requested service.

Website cookies and other services

Squarespace and services you visit through our website may process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, pages viewed and cookies to deliver, secure and operate their services. Squarespace offers analytics that can use browsing information and cookies; collection depends on the features and privacy settings enabled on the site.

You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect functionality. When you follow a link to Jobber or another external website, review that provider’s privacy notice and available controls.

Changes and contact

We will update this notice when our practices change and display the effective date of the revised notice. This notice does not itself authorize marketing messages or public use of customer photos.
