Terms & Conditions

Tampa Bay Washline provides mobile RV washing, house services, commercial fleet washing, and commercial storefront and exterior cleaning. These general terms explain our service process. Your written quote identifies the provider, approved work, price, account terms and any service-specific limitations. We supply the applicable terms with your quote before you approve service.

Quotes and booking

A quote request or availability inquiry does not confirm an appointment. Service is confirmed after the quote is accepted, applicable booking or account requirements are completed, and we agree on the schedule. Pricing is based on the requested work, condition, access and agreed scope. Changes to the scope, method, price or schedule require your approval before the changed work begins.

What is included

We perform only the services, surfaces, vehicles and add-ons listed in your accepted quote.

• RV washing: Exterior washing for the identified RV. Roof cleaning, black-streak treatment and other add-ons are included only when specifically quoted and accepted.

• House services: House Washing, House Roof Cleaning and Gutter Cleaning are separate services. Your quote identifies each selected service, included surfaces, access arrangements and exclusions. Roof walking is not automatically included. Driveway cleaning is excluded.

• Fleet washing: Work is based on the agreed vehicles, exterior surfaces, services and frequency. Interior or engine cleaning, container or dump-bed washouts, hazardous-residue removal and heavy-equipment washing are excluded.

• Storefront and exterior cleaning: Your quote identifies compatible building surfaces, exterior glass, doors and frames, signs and awnings included in the work. Sidewalks and walkways are separately quoted add-ons.

Waxing, ceramic coatings and restoration are not included in our current service offering. Cleaning does not repair deterioration, leaks, failed sealants, damaged paint or structural defects, and does not guarantee removal of permanent staining or oxidation.

Customer preparation and permission

Provide accurate information about the property or vehicles, disclose known damage, leaks, sensitive surfaces and site restrictions, and arrange any required owner, park or property-manager permission. Provide the agreed safe access, work area, water and electricity. Close applicable windows, doors, vents and compartments; secure pets and loose belongings; and keep people and moving vehicles clear of the work area.

Inspection and safe work

We review actual conditions and access before washing and document relevant findings. The customer or authorized representative reviews the findings and approves the applicable on-site acknowledgment before work. We may exclude, pause, refuse or reschedule work that cannot be performed safely or within site and runoff requirements. We obtain approval before changed work or charges. Declining an unapproved price increase does not by itself create an additional cancellation fee.

We use reasonable care and methods appropriate to the accepted work. An acknowledgment of existing damage does not excuse damage caused by our failure to use reasonable care.

Booking payment and account terms

Standard direct bookings require a $50 booking fee per appointment, including recurring pay-per-visit bookings. When the service is performed, the entire $50 is credited toward the final balance; it is not an extra service charge. A combined house-service appointment has one booking fee. The remaining balance is due the same day after service.

Approved Net 30 accounts do not pay a booking fee. Each completed visit is invoiced, with payment due 30 days from that invoice date. Net 30 requires written account approval.

Direct storefront bookings use the standard booking-fee rule unless we approve separate written commercial account terms. Work accepted through an approved third-party company or vendor agreement follows that agreement’s written billing and cancellation terms; a booking fee is not imposed automatically. Any different approved account terms must be supplied in writing before acceptance. These general terms do not authorize automatic card or bank-account charges.

Customer cancellation and unsafe RVs

For standard bookings, if you cancel your appointment, the $50 booking fee is retained regardless of notice. If we inspect your RV and determine that the accepted service cannot be performed safely, the $50 booking fee is also retained. We do not add a second cancellation fee for the same event or charge the remaining service price for work we do not perform. Other advance payments for unperformed work are refunded. The unsafe-RV rule does not automatically apply to house, fleet or storefront work.

For approved Net 30 accounts, a customer cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice incurs one $50 cancellation fee per scheduled visit, not per vehicle. With at least 24 hours’ notice, no cancellation fee applies. The full price of unperformed service is not charged.

Weather and company cancellations

When weather prevents service, we will try to arrange a mutually agreed replacement date and transfer your booking payment. If we cannot agree on a replacement date, we refund all advance payments for unperformed work, including the full $50 booking fee. No weather cancellation fee applies, including within 24 hours of an appointment.

For approved Net 30 accounts, weather-related non-service carries no cancellation fee or charge for unperformed work. We arrange another date or resume on the next agreed regular visit.

If we cancel for a reason other than the unsafe-RV determination described above, advance payments for unperformed work are refunded unless you choose to transfer them to an agreed replacement date. Separately authorized work already completed remains payable. These terms do not restrict cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.

Service records and optional publicity

We may take reasonably necessary condition and completion photos and keep inspection, authorization and payment records for service administration and concerns. Public use of identifying customer photos, names, logos or testimonials requires separate optional permission. Booking or paying for service does not grant marketing permission. See our Privacy Policy for information handling.

Service concerns and refunds

Please report a concern within 48 hours after service, with details and photos if available. If an issue becomes apparent later, contact us promptly when you discover it. We will acknowledge your concern within two business days and explain the next steps.

We review the agreed scope and available records and may arrange an inspection. If agreed work was missed or performed incorrectly, we first offer a rewash or touch-up at no additional charge when safe and practical. If correction is impractical or does not resolve the issue, we may offer a partial or full refund after review, based on the affected work. We explain the decision in writing. A credit toward future service requires your agreement.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval and clearance of the original payment. If that method cannot accept a refund, we agree on an alternative with you. Bank or processor posting may take additional time. Pre-service cancellation and weather refunds follow the rules above.
